This class is oriented towards improving bodyweight strength and mobility.
You will mainly work on the upper body and core strength with elements of shoulder and hip mobility.
The class is scalable and open to all levels - whether you're after your first push up, pull up, dip or you're working towards more advanced skills like muscle ups - you'll not only have a great workout, but also learn how to approach bodyweight strength training to learn complex and difficult skills.
